Snapshot
- Problem: clinics lose time when cancellations are handled manually
- Audience: clinic owners, ops leads, and healthcare SaaS buyers
- Outcome: a product story that is specific enough to trust and simple enough to explain
ClinicRelay works as a case study because the product itself is the strategy. The landing page needs to teach the buyer that the problem is not simply “more software” — it is a missing recovery workflow for open slots.
The project page shows a precise positioning system: cancelled-slot recovery, staff-visible confirmation tasks, policy-safe scheduling, and pilot-first rollout. The landing page content then turns that into a clear browser-level story.
Strategy
- Lead with the pain point the buyer already feels.
- Show the workflow in sequence so the product feels tangible.
- Use trust language that makes a healthcare buyer comfortable.
- Keep the CTA oriented around audit and demo, not abstract interest.
Copy decisions
The hero copy is short on purpose. The supporting sections do the heavier lifting by walking the reader through the exact operational loop: detect, match, message, reply, confirm. That structure improves clarity for scanners and also maps neatly to the buyer’s mental model.
What it proves
This case study shows how I write product copy that feels specific, operationally aware, and commercially useful without leaning on vague healthtech language.
